The system has a stainless steel control panel with a control cabinet.
All conveyor motors are frequency regulated.
Switchgear from Siemens and Schneider.
The control panel has buttons and switches for manual system control. The
position of the panel will be defined later.
The line operates fully automatically

Including :

1. Bark collection and cutting system: the system takes the bark from the existing conveyor and transfers it to Conveyor 1, cuts it first
lengthwise, to obtain 3 rows of 31cm each, and then cuts all 3 rows together widthwise, making the
dimensions of the developed bark 40x31cm; foodGrade construction with FoodGrade conveyor belt.
Driven by asynchronous motor-reducer.
Length about 3000mm, width 1100mm.
The conveyor can accommodate 3 x 4 rows of bark after cross-cutting.
Speed frequency regulated to synchronize with existing belt – 170mm/s
2. Bark stacking system: The system has 2 servo axes (X, Z) for picking up cut peels. X axis
horizontal displacement, Z axis vertical displacement.
Programmable speed as well as the position of the
mechanism. Maximum cycle speed 6s.
The system is surrounded by a protective fence.

3. A system for buffering complex and transporting bent barks: FoodGrade construction with FoodGrade conveyor belt. It receives the crust
sheets and transports them to and through the folding system.
It consists of 3 independent belts and 3 independent drives with asynchronous motor-reducer. Frequencycontrolled speed. It has sensors for precise positioning of the crust during bending. At the end of the system,
it has a pneumatic system for transferring the bent crusts from the left and right belts to the middle one
4. Bar bending system: Industrial robot with 6 axes.
5. Bark weight measurement system
6. Bark selection system – Waste or packaging
