The heat exchanger is of three-pass construction. The efficiency of the boiler plant is about 87%, and the flue gas temperature does not exceed 160 ° C.
A gasifier is a device in which the process of gasification of biomass is performed so that an already formed jet of hot gases enters the combustion chamber. In this way, it is possible to completely burn the fuel, which is dosed from the tank with the dispenser. The gasifier is cylindrical in shape, on the lower part of which there is a grille with a fuel metering channel. The gasifier itself is insulated with a thicker layer of thermoconcrete and has connections for air inlet and outlet of combustion products to the boiler. Centrifugal fans are mounted on the boiler, which have the role of providing a controlled process of partial pyrolysis. The outer shell of the boiler is insulated with mineral wool with a sheet steel sheath. The power of the gasifier is defined according to the power of the boiler.
3. Silo with dispenser.
The daily silo consists of a tank with a mixer and a worm dispenser. A tank (volume 4 m3) adapted for filling with a loading bucket. The mixer and screw conveyor are driven by gear motors. The tank itself is provided with fire protection in such a way that in case of returning fire through the dosing auger, a capillary thermovalve is activated with water that injects water into the dosing auger, while an audible signal is activated to warn the system operator. or wood chips to hid.dozatota.
4. Hydraulic fuel dispenser.
The hydraulic dispenser has the task of pushing the biomass that is transported by a screw conveyor into the gasifier. In this way, it is possible to safely insert fuel into the gasifier and the piston in the closed position prevents the return of fire to the receiving basket and further into the silo. The dispenser itself is equipped with position sensors that determine the start and end position of the piston.
Also, a capillary thermal protection valve is installed on the dispenser, which has the function of extinguishing the flame if the flame returns.
