Technical specifications of burner:

Low NOx burner which uses natural gas; brand E&M, model JBD with following characteristics:

Fully automated module burner designed for this project with following elements:

  1. Gas pilot flame for burner
  2. Electrodes for flame ignition
  3. Flexible hoses
  4. Supply cable
  5. Flame head.

Gas ramp for burner is consisted of following elements:

  1. Double working and safety electromagnetic valves
  2. Minimum gas switch
  3. Gas leaking test
  4. One maximum gas pressure switch
  5. Electromagnetic valve for pilot flame

Gas pressure at burners entrance is 300 mbar.

Regulatory gas ramp includes following:

  • Manual valve
  • Gas filter
  • Gas pressure regulation regulator with maximum pressure switching valve (VIS)
  • Safety valve VES
  • 2 gages for pressure monitoring with pulsing valves.

Pressure on the regulatory gas ramp is 2.5-4 bar.

Burner has one register of air, which includes:

  • Carrier
  • Front plate
  • Bolts and nuts.

Burner will be equipped with on/off continuously active servo motor with following elements

  • Carrier
  • Air flops
  • Bearings and axle
  • Servo motor.

Burner has its own plate written in English made of anodized aluminium material, while mirror will be installed on front side for visualisation of the flames. Flame pipe would be produced from material resistant to high temperature, burner would be equipped with 2 air intakes, one primary, and one secondary air intake.

Ventilator would have following characteristics: Flow: 14,275 m3/h; working temperature: 20C; static pressure: 400 mm.w.c.; motor of 30kW.

Electrical energy supply and control panel:

Control cabinet for burner control with all necessary elements for its operation, including following:

  1. Electronic control unit ETC 6000 BMS, used for control and regulation of burner
  2. Series of burner ignition and safety chain control
  3. ID. regulation for burner
  4. Gas vales leakage testing
  5. Certified for working up to 72 hours without a stop
  6. Frequency converter exit
  7. Connected with PC over the USB
  8. Counter of working hours
  9. 4¨ touchscreen
  10. Frequent regulator
