  • The duplicator is made with three layers: the inner layer is with a thickness of 3 mm, lnox 316, the middle layer with a thickness of 2 mm, lnox 304, the outer layer with a thickness of 1.2 mm lnox 316.
  • The duplicator has a cylindrical shape, where the lower part is in cone shape with a slope of 13°.
  • The space between the inner and middle layer is 30 mm and is filled with water, while the insulation with mineral wool thickness 50 mm.
  • The conical bottom ends with two sockets and hinges 190° and with a spherical valve with a diameter of 1″ 1/2, with one outlet pcs
  • It also has a 1/2″ sample valve, lnox 316, as well as an outlet for filling and emptying hot water with 1″ spherical valve,
  • The duplicator has two levels, one for shampoo, the other for shampoo for heating water level.
  • The upper part is worked with a bridge in the middle the electric motor is reinforced and from the two doors that open, which they have handles and cylindrical cores.
  • Geared electric motor 3N380 V, 50 Hz, 4 kW, 1420 1/min with output speed 70 1/min in which the propeller is reinforced mixer frame.
  • The speed of the electric motor is regulated by an electronic inverter as needed, the potentiometer of which is located in the electrical cabinet, which is located in the wall.
  • The electrical cabinet consists of protective fuses from overload, buttons, signaling, water thermostat and shampoo thermostat.
