Description
It is intended for the production of crusts from dough for making bureks and various pies. The application of the line is for the needs of the food industry, primarily in the bakery. It is possible to produce various types of bureks and various pies, from standard-sized crusts and rolled crusts, using various types of fillings or without them, using oils or fats.
Its size occupies an area of about 7m2, which, with additional working space around it, necessary for unobstructed access to all elements, takes up an area of maximum 20 m2. In the working environment of the line, all conditions provided for the food industry and food production should be provided. The machine is made of stainless steel, except for the drive axles for tracks and satellites. The operation of the line alone does not require any specific conditions related to temperature and humidity. The temperature of the working environment should be within the operating temperature but not more than 24 C.
