PC APPLICATION FOR ARCHIVING AND PROCESSING DATA OBTAINED FROM CHECK WEIGHTS – LIBELA ELSI SPUP.
Program for connecting scales (automatic) with a server or PC.
The program has the following main functions:
– preparation of product data and their transfer to scales
– scale communication – server
– review of the archive of the performed measurements
– Statistical data (number of controlled items, number below and above tolerance, average mass, standard deviation…)
Preparation of product data and their transfer to scales
Data such as:
PLU number, code, name, bar code, declared mass, upper limit of tolerance, lower limit of tolerance, required number of measurements, …
Two-way communication server – scales
Using the driver program, the programmed product data is transferred from the server to the scale, where it is saved until the next change.
In the opposite direction, the data on the performed measurements are transferred to the server. If it happens that a connection is not established between the scale and the server at the time of sending, the data will remain on the scale until the moment, when the system itself determines that the connection exists and then the data will be transferred. It is possible to activate data transfer manually.
Scales from different geographical locations can be connected to the server, if a WPN network is established.
Overview of the archive of measurements and statistics
The program enables reviews and printouts according to various criteria: products, hours, days, ….
The program is harmonized with the Regulation on mass control of prepackaged products of the Directorate for Measures and Precious Metals – Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia.
